Health professionals are often viewed as self-sacrificing, generous and caring. However, these characteristics can also lead to compassion fatigue, burn-out, and poor work/life balance. Your family, mental health, and physical health are just as important as that of your patients.

My past work at Physician Health Services, Inc., focused on supporting physicians with burnout, mental health, interpersonal, and executive functioning issues unique to a career in medicine. This experience endowed me with an understanding of the operations of large health organizations and contextual elements at play when a medical professional struggles.
